In our work we focus on producing individual pieces of authorship and architecture that may last forever by its physical and non-physical qualities.

Tochtermann Wündrich was established 2012 in Milan and 2014 in Munich. The practice has been nominated for the BDA Young German Architects Award 2016 and the DAM German architecture prize 2017. Both partners were appointed to the BDA in 2019.

Alexander Tochtermann *1984 studied at FH München, University of East London and graduated with a diploma in architecture from the Accademia di architettura di Mendrisio in Switzerland. He has been teaching architectural design at the TU Munich and the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, where he was appointed visiting professor for the MA Architecture and Art in 2019.

Philipp Wündrich *1980 studied at TU Berlin and graduated with a diploma in architecture from the Accademia di architettura di Mendrisio in Switzerland. He taught architectural design at the Politecnico di Milano, the TU Munich and the Accademia di architettura di Mendrisio. He was invited as guest professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich in 2017/18.
